All orders over $400 will qualify for free shipping automatically.
All orders are shipped from London, UK. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. UK orders typically take 2–5 days.
Our shipping is calculated at checkout based on your exact location and the weight of your parcel using DHL Express International.
Our standard method of delivery is DHL Express International Global Couriers. DHL is the world leader in fast & efficient international shipping & we love them for it!

- Neither we nor DHL can 100% guarantee the exact delivery date of your package, though we will always do our best.
- Depending on your order we may require 1 or more days to make and/or prepare your order.

Delivery Timetables
Delivery timeframes are a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. Rest assured we spend our days chasing carriers to meet the delivery timeframes but, hard to believe we agree, they don't always listen and delays caused by the postal service do happen from time to time. If delivery is attempted and nobody's available to accept the parcel, in most cases it'll be held at your local Post Office for a period of time. If you're not contactable and your parcel's unable to be delivered, it'll be returned to us and we’ll contact you and arrange alternate delivery.
Damaged Or Missing Goods
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in tip top condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods back to us. Please note that if an item's been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.

Please check that you gave us the correct delivery address at time of ordering (also on our order confirmation email).
Please Note: We don’t charge sales tax for international retail orders. Each customer is responsible for all sales or customs taxes, on orders shipped internationally.
EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES? YOU GOT IT!
At Tassell we want you to be happy! That's why we've made our exchange policy really easy.
If your order doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply exchange it for store credit.
- You have 20 days from the date of your order to send it back for exchange/store credit if it's not quite right for you.
- If you'd like to make an exchange, please just send us an email at info@tassell.co & we will provide you with a return address closest to you. Once shipped, you can send us a pic the shipping receipt or tracking number & we will issue you a store credit for the value of your returned items to use to place a new order for anything you might like.
- Because we make most items to order we can not process refunds.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- All postage costs are non-refundable & must be covered by the customer.
- If you are unsure of which item to order, please CONTACT US first, we'd love to help.
- Once you have contacted us & and have our address you can send your order right back to us.
- Sale items are final & cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you have any problems with your order or believe you may have a faulty item please contact us at info@tassell.co so we can fix you up right away.
REFUNDS:
We do not issue refunds except in cases where the good arrives damaged due to fault of manufacturing.
